Working with specialist materials to produce large-scale artworks and structures is one of our specialities.

This exhibition required us to take Marjetica Potrč′s sketches and photographic references and, by applying our knowledge of materials and production methods, propose the most practical and cost-effective approach for implementing her artwork.

Site surveys, structural calculations, risks assessment and detailed production drawings ensured we gained permissions from Building Control and Local Authorities quickly. (Timely approval is often essential as lead times and installation schedules allow no time for revising and resubmitting proposals if they fail to be approved first time).

Project management involving the Gallery, Artist and approving authorities was conducted sympathetically but authoritatively by us to ensure that exhibition deadlines were met and that the realisation of the piece was in every way as the Artist had originally conceived.
