Having recently floated on the Norwegian stock exchange, EMGS wanted to raise their profile at various shows world-wide and at the same time attract visitors on to the stand to introduce new technological developments.

We were commissioned by the creative exhibition designers to, amongst other things, manufacture a stand for EMGS that could be re-used in a number of formats as bigger and smaller spaces would be utilised at different shows.

The design development drawings we produced helped the client to visualise not only each component in its first configuration but also the different formats in which they could subsequently be assembled for the different exhibition stand sizes.

The presentation units, café bar and meeting areas were manufactured in high spec materials including glass and laminate. Other more structural elements were paint finished.

The stand included elements which were flown from gantries. Specially designed connections allowed rapid fixing and hoisting of these components, enabling efficient and safe installations.

The stand is packed into bespoke cases, to protect and preserve the elements during transit and whilst in storage. As part of the exhibition’s 3-year touring programme we have installed the stand in Italy and the USA.
