Stage 1 of even the smallest projects is design development. We work with the creative concept and client teams proposing best materials and manufacturing methods for purpose. We present this development work concisely and promptly in the form of detailed but easy to read CAD drawing work along with samples and mock ups for client sign off. The drawings show exactly what we’ll produce and how it fits together, (call or e-mail for pdf or hard copy samples).

Stage 2; the precise manufacturing of components, is prescribed by the drawings and carried out by skilled trades and crafts personnel. Their experience extends from manufacturing showcases for the display of priceless objects to production of temporary structures for product launch events.

Pre-fabrication and pre-building is extensive and undertaken to prove accuracy of fit and to test install time requirements. Clients are encouraged to visit at this stage.

We transport and ship entire projects to venues throughout the UK as well as to Europe and further afield. We have worked in the USA, the Middle and Far East and Australia, stage 3. Our installation work, stage 4, is precisely planned, programmed and risk assessed.

We work in listed buildings where the utmost care is required and dust and noise production must be eliminated or contained as much as possible. Extensive pre-fabrication reduces on-site tasks like cutting and machining to an absolute minimum.

All installation work is controlled by a site manager. Work is carried out safely and in compliance with all current CDM legislation. When working overseas site crews may be partly sourced locally to make this cost effective.
